What are the delivery times?
All orders are prepared within 24 working hours. Colissimo delivery in mainland France then takes 2 to 3 working days. Allow 4 to 6 days for Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard Colissimo delivery is 6,90€ in mainland France. Delivery is free on orders over 80€.
What is the deadline for a return?
You have 30 days from receipt to return your order to us, without having to justify your decision.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes. Indicate “Exchange” in your return request and specify the desired size, subject to stock availability.
How do I maintain my laundry?
Machine wash at 40°C maximum, with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softener, which impairs absorption. Air dry preferably, or tumble dry low.
What payment methods do you accept?
All bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and payment in installments depending on eligibility. Payments are secured by Stripe.
